With the participation of Family Coaching – \u00c2ngela Coelho and Sandra Belo -, a pioneer in Portugal in the implementation of parental coaching, the participants addressed the theme, and were invited to stop and think about stress and look at the \u201cPoisonous Hours\u201d of their family in a different way, finding new strategies that allow them to remain calm and take advantage of the challenging moments of their family life.<\/p>\n
