Admission process<\/h4>\n

The admission process at \u201cCol\u00e9gio Quadrante\u201d is structured to allow families to get to know the school, the educational project, and the team. It also allows the Pedagogical directors to identify any characteristics and specific needs necessary for each child, enabling a possible integration into our school.<\/p>\n

The parent\/carer in charge of the child\u00b4s education will have to complete an online pre-registration form with the applicant and family\u00b4s details expressing an interest in the admissions process. The pre-registration is free and non-biding, requiring further formalisation.<\/p>\n

During this visit the Pedagogical directors will advise you of some relevant aspects of our educational project and pedagogical methodologies of the various school years and will show you our educational facilities and environment. Families will be able to meet our team and our pupils, ask questions and clarify any doubts that they may have. All information regarding the enrollment process and admissions requirements at \u201cCol\u00e9gio Quadrante\u201d will also be provided.<\/p>\n

This visit also allows the Pedagogical directors to get to know the child better, his\/her journey and the family dynamics, as well as their expectations and needs.[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=”3. Admission” _builder_version=”4.21.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n

Once the family expresses interest in completing their child\u00b4s application. The school makes the final decision, based on the current admission criteria and the availability, immediately informing the family.<\/p>\n

The integration of new pupils at Col\u00e9gio Quadrante is done in an individualised manner, according to the needs of each family and child.<\/p>\n

The Pedagogical direction and the class teacher will book an Anamnesis Interview with the parents to gather information related to the child\u00b4s development, health, school journey, family setting, amount others, which will enable the school to know the child\u00b4s characteristics for a better integration in the new school.<\/p>\n

At the interview, families can also get general information regarding the list of required school materials, school uniform and equipment, school meals, timetables, among others.<\/p>\n

Thereafter, the school will send to the families all the necessary information, further instructions, username, and passwords about the general functioning of the school, specifically from the different digital platforms.<\/p>\n

The Pedagogical team will monitor the student\u00b4s adaptation to the new school. After a while, families will be able to book a new meeting with the class teacher\/Pedagogical director for an update on the student\u00b4s progress.<\/p>\n

4. Enrollment form<\/h4>\n

An Enrollment Form is sent to the families to complete and formalize the registration of their child in the school.<\/p>\n

5. Integration<\/h4>\n

The integration of new pupils at Col\u00e9gio Quadrante is done in an individualised manner, according to the needs of each family and child.<\/p>\n

The Pedagogical direction and the class teacher will book an Anamnesis Interview with the parents to gather information related to the child\u00b4s development, health, school journey, family setting, amount others, which will enable the school to know the child\u00b4s characteristics for a better integration in the new school.<\/p>\n

At the interview, families can also get general information regarding the list of required school materials, school uniform and equipment, school meals, timetables, among others.<\/p>\n

Thereafter, the school will send to the families all the necessary information, further instructions, username, and passwords about the general functioning of the school, specifically from the different digital platforms.<\/p>\n

The Pedagogical team will monitor the student\u00b4s adaptation to the new school. After a while, families will be able to book a new meeting with the class teacher\/Pedagogical director for an update on the student\u00b4s progress.<\/p>\n
